• Tee times are welcomed up to 30 days in advance of the day of play if made over the phone. Guests can make reservations up to 45 days in advance online
• Tee times are to be guaranteed with a valid credit card number and expiration date
• The Golf Shop must be notified of cancellation of tee times or reduction in the number of players at least 48 hours in advance of the tee time to avoid no show charges
• Reservations for larger groups may be made further in advance - contact the Golf Shop staff for details at 480-460-4400

General Golf Rules

• All persons must register at the Golf Pro Shop before beginning to play.

• We request that our guests wear conventional golf attire in good repair.
• Polo-style shirts with collars and sleeves are preferred for our Gentlemen guests, and polo-style shirts with either collars or sleeves for our Lady Guests.
• Shorts, if you choose to wear them, should be mid-thigh or longer and properly hemmed.
• We appreciate our guests avoiding denim products, bare midriffs, and "spaghetti strap" blouses.

• Play is governed by USGA Rules of Golf except where modified by local rules.
• Please replace divots and rake sand bunkers. Repair ball marks on greens.
• Please respect the groups behind you by maintaining a reasonable pace of play. Our course can easily be enjoyed in 4 hours.

• At no time are more than 2 people allowed in a golf cart.
• Each operator of a golf cart must be at least sixteen (16) years of age and have a valid automobile driver's license.
• Golf cars are to remain on cart paths on Par 3 holes.
• Except on a path, do not drive a cart within (50) feet of a green or tee box.

Each person using the course should make a round of golf at Club West Golf Club a pleasant experience for everyone. Here are some suggestions:
• Be ready to play when its your turn to play, and when it is your turn, play away.
• When play of a hole is completed, leave the green promptly and proceed to the next tee without delay. Do the scoring for the completed hole while the others in your group are playing from the next tee.
• When golf carts are restricted to the car paths, approximate your distance and then take two or three different clubs with you to your box. This will save time in case you change your mind.
